I have tried many products to alleviate the psoriasis on both of my knees to the point that I would use an emery board to file off the lesions back to smooth red skin. Since using this product I no longer need the Emory board as the abrasiveness of the Dead Sea Salt scrubs away the lesions and the oil soothes the skin and my patches have cleared up !!
