I ordered a 2m long wooden planter and received an email the next day stating that the item would be delayed due to Parcel Force changing their dimensions.
That afternoon the item arrived at my address near Glasgow having been driven up that morning by a member of staff ! He was a lovely gentleman and gave me some gardening tips while he got the planter out of his car. The planter is fab too, exactly what I needed. Excellent and speedy service 🤩🤩🤩🤩
